7. Oct 01, 2013 #1. On my Iveco 35S17 Daily (III) 2006 I have an automatic climate control panel basically consisting of three switching "wheels" and two buttons. The buttons control (1) internal vs external air and (2) the AC ("eco") on vs off. The switching "wheels" control (1) temperature, (2) fan and (3) where the air is blowing (e g window On some engines there is also a redundant camshaft rpm sensor. There maybe an EGR which can cause problems with idle and running. Old engine slow starting - low compression - valves/piston rings/bore.
