Same here shipkiller. I have the top off after several hours. Followed your instructions from the website. My drains were clear but red water in the enclosure. So things are going from bad to worse. Yesterday I replaced the battery and the two salmon relays - still have a constant flashing roof button and the Red roof alarm bong when driving. I decided to check the CTM and EMF modules in the right hand side. The CTM module was OK however the EMF module was sat in about 2 cm's of water ( which had Important for every Z4 owner: Red roof light flashing is NOT a fault indicator!!!! It's only an indicater, that the roof is neither open nor closed. That's it, nothing more. Just anywhere in the middle between open and close, but never ever a fault indicator.
